NOODLES UPSIDE DOWN 
1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) fine egg noodles
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. pecan halves
Whipped cream (optional)

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Combine eggs, sour cream, sugar, cottage cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and raisins. Fold in noodles.

Coat bottom of an 8-inch square pan with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans. Spread noodle mixture on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; invert pan onto serving dish. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
