PISTACHIO PUDDING | |
35-40 Ritz crackers 3/4 c. butter, melted Mix into crust, crushed crackers. Spread on bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. 2 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 1 1/2 c. milk Mix until blended. Pour over cooled crust. Freeze until hard. Put 9 oz. Cool Whip over top. Crush 2 large Heath bars and sprinkle over Cool Whip. Put in freezer. Take out 1/2 hour before eating. |
