MOM'S THANKSGIVING DRESSING 
1 loaf white bread
1 1/2 pkgs. croutons
1 lg. can chicken broth
2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. sage
3 tbsp. poultry seasoning
6-7 eggs
2 onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1 stalk celery

Break up slices of white bread into pieces and put into large roaster. Add croutons, onions, celery, eggs and seasonings and mix. In saucepan over low heat melt butter, take off stove and add water and chicken broth. Pour these wet ingredients over dry ones in roaster and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
