1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 box powdered sugar
2 melted sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Into pan bottom, put coconut and nuts. Mix cake mix by box directions; pour into pan. Mix together powdered sugar, butter, and cream cheese. Spread on top of cake mix with spatula and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Do not ice.
