MOLDED TURKEY & CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 whole can cranberry sauce
1 med. apple, diced
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Soften gelatin in cold water, place over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Combine cranberry sauce, apple and lemon juice. Add dissolved gelatin. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and chill until almost firm. This is the Cranberry Layer.

TURKEY LAYER:

1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. canned milk

Dissolve gelatin as in cranberry layer. When dissolved, add salad dressing and milk and other ingredients. Pour over cranberry layer. Chill until firm.
