COTTAGE POTATOES 
10 lg. potatoes, cooked in jackets (diced)
1/2 lb. diced cheese
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper, diced
2 slices bread cubed
1 sm. can pimento
Salt and pepper to taste

Add milk, enough to make mixture moist, and melted butter, to cover mixture. Top with cornflakes or crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12 to 15.
