CHEESY POTATOES 
7 med. potatoes
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sharp shredded cheese
3/4 c. crumbled bacon, fried
4 to 5 chopped green onions
1 pt. sour cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Boil potatoes and grate in large baking dish. Combine butter, sour cream and mix with potatoes. Mix in shredded cheese. Sprinkle top with bacon and onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
