EASY, EASY ICE CREAM 
3 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding, any flavor (we like pistachio)
1/4 c. vanilla
Milk

Mix well, then add enough milk to mix well again. About 4 cups.

Pour mixture into freezer can and fill the rest of the way with more milk. As part of the milk, I like to use 1 can of Milnot just to make it a little richer.
