GOLD PANNERS' SUPPER 
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. hashbrown potatoes (can use reconstituted mashed)
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
1 c. grated longhorn cheese
Salt and pepper

Crumble meat into large skillet in oil. Add onions and potatoes. Cook until meat and onions are done. Stir frequently. Beat eggs and mix in cheese. Smooth meat and potato mixture in a pan. Pour egg/cheese over top and cover. Cook until eggs are firm.
