TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
20 oz. pineapple chunks 2 c. miniature marshmallows 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar 1 egg, beaten well 1 1/2 c. Planters chopped cocktail peanuts 2 c. diced Jonathan apples with peel Drain pineapple reserving juice. Mix chunks and marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight. Combine Cool Whip, flour mixture, pineapple mixture, apple and nuts. Chill. |
