GLAZED PIE 
9" baked pie shell
Cookie or graham cracker crumbs
Frozen strawberries, raspberries, or canned peaches
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. juice for glaze
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Cover bottom of baked pie shell with cookie crumbs. Spread whipped cream over crumbs and then arrange fruit on top of cream. Make the glaze by adding the cornstarch to the juice and cook until it glazes. Add a small amount of butter to make a gloss and when cool, pour over fruit and refrigerate.
