CUBE STEAKS SAUTE 
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. cube steaks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. horseradish

Heat oil in large skillet over moderately high heat. Saute steaks until browned, 2 minutes on each side; season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in beef broth and horseradish, and bring to boil. Serve.
