SHRIMP BALLS 
MIX TOGETHER:

1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 lb. shrimp, cut up

Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to cook. Drop by teaspoon into hot fat in deep fryer. Cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve with Curry Sauce Dip and enjoy.

CURRY SAUCE DIP:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
