VEGETABLE MELODY 
1 onion
1 1/2 c. carrots
2 c. celery
2 c. green beans (frozen)
3/4 c. green pepper
2 cans tomato sauce
4 tsp. butter and 1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)

Cut all vegetables about 1 1/4 inches long, then split in 1/4 inch or small strips. Mix together with tomato sauce in a 2 quart or larger casserole. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
