CHEESE BREAD 
1 loaf French or Italian bread, Swiss cheese (block), Cheddar cheese (block)
3/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make diagonal cuts in the top of bread. Don't cut all the way through. Slice the cheese into 2 x 1/2 inch strips. Insert 1 strip of each cheese in the cuts of bread. Melt butter and add other ingredients.

Wrap bread in foil leaving top exposed. Drizzle mixture over top and bake 35 minutes until cheeses melt. Slice bread and serve warm.
