APPLE FRITTERS 
2 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1/2 to 1 lb. butter
4 to 6 lg. cooking apples
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Beat egg whites to peaks; set aside. Combine Bisquick, milk, egg yolks. Beat until smooth. Fold in egg whites. Core and slice apples 1/4 inch thick. Dip apples in batter; fry in deep, hot butter over medium hot heat until golden brown. Dip in cinnamon/sugar mix and serve. Serves 6.
