FAMOUS BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. wheat bran
1 1/2 c. oat bran
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. honey (more to increase sweetness)
1/3 c. molasses
1/2 c. walnuts (or raisins)
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Mix all dry ingredients; add milk, eggs, honey, molasses and oil; spoon mixture into muffin cups. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Do not overcook. Makes about two dozen muffins.

They can be frozen and microwaved.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
