BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. bran
2 tbsp. honey (or 4 if you want sweeter)
2 1/4 c. milk (any type)
1 egg
1/2 c. dark molasses (or syrup if you don't have molasses)

Mix all dry ingredients, then add egg, honey, molasses, and mix in a little. Then add milk; mix enough to moisten.

Spray muffin tins with Pam or whatever brand you have - don't use paper muffin cups. Muffins stick to paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
