SIX WEEK BRAN MUFFIN MIX 
6 c. bran
1 3/4 c. honey
5 c. whole wheat flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Raisins or dates (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Stores in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

Don't stir when scooping out of bowl. Just scoop into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
