Here's a real easy rice pudding recipe.

4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla pudding (NOT INSTANT)
1 c. dry Minute Rice
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in pan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat just until mixture comes to a boil. Pour into serving bowls. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Chill about an hour.
