LEMONY BASIL PORK CHOPS 
4 cups chopped pork chops (may also use loin)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup lemon zest
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
5 tbsp. dried/fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped green onions

First chop the pork. Chop enough up to fill 4 full cups. Put your 1/4 cup olive oil in the pan, then add one cup at a time of your pork. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt on the pork as it is cooking. then add the 1/2 cup of lemon juice in the pan, let the meat soak up most of the lemon juice then add the 1/2 cup of lemon zest. Add the garlic ingredients then add your basil and green onions. Let it sit till all the juices are soaked up into the meat, and all of the pork is fully cooked!
