GLAZED ORANGE CREME 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Dissolve one package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add cold water; chill until slightly thickened.

Dissolve second package gelatin in remaining boiling water. Add ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Chill about 1 hour or until set but not firm.

Arrange oranges on gelatin-ice cream mixture. Top with clear gelatin. Garnish with whip cream if desired. Makes about 10 servings.

Can substitute peaches and peach jello in place of orange.
