GLAZED PEACH CREME 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavor Jello
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can sliced peaches or 1 fresh peach

Dissolve 1 package Jello in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.

Dissolve second package of Jello in remaining boiling water. Add ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Chill about 1 hour or until set, but not firm.

Arrange peach slices on Jello-ice cream mixture. Top with clear Jello. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
