DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. dill seed
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4-2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in warm water. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, minced onion, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast in a mixing bowl. Add the flour to form a stiff dough, beating after each addition. Cover. Let rise in a warm place until light and doubled in size (50-60 minutes). Stir down dough and turn into well greased casserole. Let rise in warm place until light (30-40 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
