POTATO PARMESAN CHEESE PUFFS 
1 lg. onion
2 lbs. potatoes
3 eggs
Milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. flour
Salt, pepper, paprika
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute onions in butter. Boil potatoes and mash with 3 eggs, a little milk, baking powder and flour. Season well with salt and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet; sprinkle cheese and paprika over the puffs and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
