PARMESAN CHEESE POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, diced
1 med. to lg. onion, diced
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese
3 to 6 tbsp. butter
1 beef bouillon (made as directed)

Lightly brown onions in butter. Add potatoes and toss. Cook slowly in deep fry pan, for 15 minutes. If potatoes seem dry, sprinkle with bouillon. Now place potatoes in large buttered casserole, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with bouillon when potatoes appear dry. Immediately add more cheese when 20 minutes are up and serve piping hot.
