CRISPY ROSEMARY POTATOES WITH
PARMESAN CHEESE
 
6 lg. potatoes
1/3 c. olive oil
2 to 4 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease lined pan with foil under and on top. Mix potatoes, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Arrange potatoes in layers overlapping one another. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining potatoes. Sprinkle cheese. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
