RED POTATOES WITH PARMESAN
CHEESE
 
2 lb. small red new potatoes, halved
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Place melted butter in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter and add chopped garlic. Place potatoes, cut side down, in butter mix.

Bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
