BARBECUE JACK POTS | |
3/4 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1 tsp. instant minced onion 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 (9.5 oz.) can buttermilk biscuits 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain. Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Set aside. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each of 10 ungreased muffin cups. Press dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon mixture into cups. Sprinkle each with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. |
