ZUCCHINI FRIED 
3 med. unpeeled zucchini
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. cooking oil

Fry in a 10 inch skillet, 1/2 at a time. Combine flour, salt, pepper together. Slice zucchini, dip into milk. Roll slices into flour mixture, dip into beaten eggs, roll into bread crumbs. Heat oil, ready to fry. Brown on both sides. Ready to serve.
