TUNA CHOW MEIN 
4 c. Chinese fried noodles
2 (7 oz.) chunk style tuna, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
2 c. minced celery
1 green pepper, diced
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. light cream or milk
2 tsp. soy sauce

Arrange half the noodles in bottom of a shallow baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan and saute onion, celery and green pepper until soft. Add soup, cream or milk, tuna and soy sauce.

Cook until well blended. Pour over noodles. Top with 1/2 the remaining noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with remaining noodles.
