WHIPPED STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 env. Knox gelatin
1 1/2 c. cold milk
4 pkgs. Equal (sugar)
2 c. crushed fruit
6 ice cubes
Vanilla wafers

Put gelatin, 1/2 cup cold milk and Equal in blender. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Heat 1/2 cup milk to boiling; add to cold mix in blender. Mix 2 to 3 minutes on slow (whip). Add 1/2 cup milk to crushed fruit and ice cubes. Turn in slow whip until ice cubes are dissolved and thick mix (6 to 10 minutes). Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan lined with vanilla wafers. May put whole strawberries on top of dessert.
