EASY ROLL PERFECT PIE CRUST

4 c. unsifted flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening

Mix in a cup:

1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Add to dry ingredients. Mix with a fork. Divide into 5 balls. Chill.
