WESTERN ICEBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Tabasco, optional
6 hamburger buns
2 c. shredded lettuce

Brown ground beef in 1 tablespoon butter in skillet. Add vinegar, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, pineapple and Tabasco (to taste); heat through. Split buns, spread with butter and toast lightly under broiler if you wish. Mix shredded lettuce into mixture and heat through. Spoon over buns.
