1 lg deboned chicken
14 oz chicken broth
1 (1/4 oz) can mexican tomatoes
4 oz green chilies
2 1/4 c water
1 t minced garlic
1 c onion
3 single serving size hearty chicken soup (cup of soup)
1 10 oz box frozen corn
1 t cumin

Brown chicken with onion. Drain, add rest of ingredients into crock pot or stew pot. simmer for 6 hr. Top with Tostitos and cheese when serving.
