GARDEN FRESH SALSA 
2 slices bacon
2 med. onions, chopped
4 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cumin - seeds crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice

To frying pan - cook bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon and reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings. Crumble the bacon and set aside. Saute the onions and tomatoes for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
