GARDEN FRESH SALSA 
2 lg. green peppers
4 lg. tomatoes
2 med. onions
2 cans green chilies, diced
5 cloves garlic
2 tsp. sugar
Vinegar
Jalapeno peppers, if desired

Chop each of the following separately in food processor: green peppers, onions, garlic and Jalapenos, is using. Blend together. Chop tomatoes by hand and add to mixture. Blend in green chiles after draining. Add sugar and mix well. Add a splash or two of vinegar. Refrigerate several hours or better if overnight.

This is a good mix, just replace the vinegar with a lime or two & GOYA Con Azafran to bump it up a star.
