SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/8 tsp. Tabasco

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat to boiling. Baste spare ribs during cooking period and use remaining sauce as a dip for spareribs.
