CHICKEN IN FRENCH ONION SAUCE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen baby carrots or 4 med. carrots cut into strips
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions
4 chicken breast halves (skinned and boned)
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. prepared chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Paprika

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In 8x12 inch baking dish, combine vegetables and 1/2 can French Fried Onions. Arrange chicken breasts on vegetables.

In small bowl, combine water, bouillon, garlic salt and pepper; pour over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is done. Baste chicken with sauce and top with remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown. (4 servings)
