PECAN TARTS 
1 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese

Cream above. Add 1 cup flour. Mix well and shape small amount in ball and put in small muffin pan and shape to pan like a cup. Do not grease muffin pan. Bake just few minutes about 10 minutes.

FILLING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. pecan nuts, chopped

Mix and put about teaspoon in each cup. Bake about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 24.
