CARAMEL CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 loaf frozen dough, thawed
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. water
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. broken pecans-walnuts (opt.)
Cinnamon

Raise dough until doubled in size. Grease pan with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add 1/4 cup brown sugar, water and corn syrup. Stir and pour into pan. Sprinkle with nuts.

Roll out dough to 16 x 12 inch rectangle. Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. Roll up from long side and cut into 15 to 16 pieces. Place them in 10 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch pan, cut side down. Cover and raise again until light. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

When done, butter top, loosen rolls and immediately invert onto cooling rack lined with wax paper.
