CARAMEL PECAN ROLLS 
18 or 19 frozen dinner rolls
1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. reg. butterscotch pudding
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pecans

Lightly grease a Bundt pan. Sprinkle pecan pieces in bottom of pan. Place frozen rolls in pan and sprinkle with the package of dry butterscotch pudding. Melt the butter; remove from heat and add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over frozen rolls. Let rise overnight (or all day), uncovered, at room temperature. Bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If rolls are under baked, they will collapse when taken out of pan - so be sure to bake long enough.
