CARAMEL-ORANGE ROLLS 
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. mace
1 tbsp. butter
12 brown and serve dinner rolls

Combine sugar, orange rind, orange juice, mace and butter. Spread over bottom of ungreased shallow pan. Place rolls upside down over sugar mixture. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let rolls stand in pan until syrup thickens or about 1 minute. Invert pan and remove rolls so that the caramel-orange topping coats rolls. Yield: 12 rolls. Approximately 110 calories per serving.
