RADISH SALAD 
500 grams (1 1/8 lb.) fall radishes
100 grams (3 or 4 oz.) beef fat
2 c. sour cream
Pepper
Salt
Sweetener

Pe el and grate radishes and mix with ground beef fat and sour cream. Add salt, pepper and sweetener. Taste. This salad was often eaten at "Kirmes".
