CORN CHOWDER 
3 tbsp. butter
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can Hormel chunky ham
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. white potatoes, cooked & diced
2 c. whole grain corn, canned
2 c. cream-style corn, canned
1 oz. pimento, chopped
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in a 4-quart saucepan. Saute onions and celery until transparent. Then add chicken broth, diced potatoes, whole kernel corn, cream style corn, pimentos, heavy cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Do not boil. Heat thoroughly and spoon into bowls.
