NEW ORLEANS CRUMB CAKE 
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with Pam. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Set aside. Prepare cake mix as directed and spread in pan. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
