1 pkg. yellow or chocolate cake mix

Follow directions and add 1 instant pudding.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. graham crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix all well. Mix cake mix and pudding well. Pour 3/4 of batter in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cover with crumb mix. Spread rest of batter over crumbs. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
