1 lg. zucchini, diced small
1 lg. potato, diced small
1 lg. onion, diced small
1 green pepper or 1 hot pepper, diced small
Grated cheese
1 c. spaghetti sauce, add last

Fry all ingredients until done, about 10 minutes before serving sprinkle on cheese and 1 cup spaghetti sauce, until heated. Serve.
