CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
1/4 c. flour
Dash hot pepper sauce

In skillet, brown beef and onion. Drain off fat. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Place 1 can of chilies in bottom of loaf pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with meat mixture.

Arrange the other can of chilies over meat. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour over meat-chili mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
