WHITE POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 average size potatoes
3 med. size onions
1 1/2 lbs. sharp cheese
1 (11 oz.) can mushroom soup

Boil white potatoes until tender. Peel potatoes and slice. Spread a layer of potatoes, sliced onions, cheese and mushroom soup until dish is full. Spread cheese over top layer. Bake in 350 degree oven until onions are tender, about 30 minutes.
